Comfort Clean LLC ("Comfort Clean," "we," "us") is a home cleaning company serving Butler, Armstrong and northern Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us when you request a quote, book a cleaning, or message us. That can include:
- Your name, phone number, email address, and the address or ZIP code of the home
- Details about the home, such as size, number of bathrooms, pets, and how often you'd like cleaning
- Photos of the home you send us so we can price the job
- Notes you share, such as access instructions or fragrance sensitivities
- If you book cleaning for someone else's home, their name and address and your contact details
This information may reach us through our website form, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Facebook Messenger, text message, phone, or email.
How we use it

- To keep basic business and tax records
What we don't do
We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only with the services we use to run the business, and only as much as they need: for example, our payment processor and our website and form hosting provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we clean for you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you request a quote and don't book, we may keep your details for up to a year in case you come back, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

- Ask us what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
