Standard Clean
From $135 per visit
The regular upkeep clean for a home that's already in good shape.
Kitchen
- Countertops and backsplash wiped and sanitized
- Sink and faucet scrubbed and shined
- Stovetop cleaned
- Outside of appliances wiped: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Table and chairs wiped
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned and disinfected inside and out, including the base
- Tub and shower scrubbed
- Sink, counter and faucet cleaned and sanitized
- Mirrors cleaned
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Bedrooms and living areas
- Reachable surfaces dusted: furniture, shelves, decor, window sills
- Mirrors and glass surfaces cleaned
- Beds made with the linens already on them
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed
- Hard floors swept and mopped
Throughout the home
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
- Everything put back where it was
Senior Clean
From $155 per visit
Everything in the Standard Clean, plus:
- Bed linens changed, when clean linens are left out
- High-touch surfaces sanitized: handrails, grab bars, light switches, door handles, remotes and phones
- Extra bathroom detail around and behind the toilet and around grab bars
- Fragrance-free products whenever you prefer
- A slower pace, and we tell you what we're doing before we do it
Laundry is available as an add-on for $25 per load.
Deep Clean
From $225
Everything in the Standard Clean, plus:
- Baseboards hand-wiped throughout
- Doors, door frames, light switches and outlet covers wiped
- Window sills and tracks cleaned
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted
- Air vents and return grilles dusted
- Cabinet fronts fully wiped, not just spot-cleaned
- Bathroom grout scrubbed and shower glass de-scaled
- Under and behind light furniture cleaned
Inside the oven, refrigerator and microwave are not included in a Deep Clean. Add the oven or refrigerator for $40 each.
Move-in / Move-out Clean
From $385
Everything in the Deep Clean, plus:
- Inside every kitchen cabinet and drawer
- Inside the oven
- Inside the refrigerator and freezer
- Inside the microwave
- Inside bathroom vanities and medicine cabinets
- Closets: shelves, rods and floors
Priced for an empty home with water and electricity on. If furniture or belongings are still in place, we'll quote it as a Deep Clean plus add-ons. Garages, basements and exterior windows are quoted separately.
